Role Overview
The position offered is for an Email Process Associate, responsible for handling customer queries and complaints through professional email communication. Candidates will be working from the Vikhroli West Mumbai office. Shifts will be rotational with one rotational weekly off, and pick-up and drop facilities will be provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants must be graduates with one to five years of experience in email or customer support processes. Freshers with excellent English communication and strong email drafting skills will also be considered.
