Job Role
Designation: Customer Support Associate (L2)
Profile: Resolve customer queries through voice calls and provide accurate solutions.
Mandatory Criteria
Minimum qualification required is Graduation. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi with neutral accent is required. Candidates must be willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts with no planned leaves for 3 months post joining. Daily working hours include 9 hours of work and 1 hour break. Typing speed must be 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.

Salary Details
Experienced (Minimum 6 Months): ₹2,20,000 LPA (₹16,200 per month)
