Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, your core purpose is to prevent issues, resolve customer queries, and delight customers through exceptional support. You will be the first point of contact via phone, chat, or email, addressing everything from order and product inquiries to payments and website navigation. You will use various tools to research issues, review solutions, and communicate clearly with customers.
Work Hours & Schedule
This role requires flexibility in working hours. You may work day, late, or overnight shifts based on customer demand. A minimum of 40 hours per week is mandatory. Shift schedules fall between 6 AM to 11 PM, Monday to Sunday, and may include national holidays. Exact schedules will be shared closer to joining.
