Job Overview
This role is designed for freshers who possess strong English communication skills and have a basic understanding of customer support and quality analysis. Selected candidates will work from the Hyderabad office in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Immediate joiners are preferred. The position comes under non-technical voice or blended customer support.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have completed Intermediate or Graduation and possess all academic documents including Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo. Pursuing students are not eligible. Only freshers are allowed to apply, and applicants must be willing to work onsite in rotational shifts. Previous experience is not required.
Important Documents to Carry
Applicants attending the walk-in must bring their updated resume, a recent passport-size photograph, original Aadhaar and PAN cards, and academic certificates. Experienced candidates, if any, should also carry their experience letters and the last three months’ payslips.
