🔹 Job Responsibilities
✅ System Configuration & Testing
- Configure and test Wipro’s Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System based on client requirements.
- Set up tables/parameters in the system and document configuration.
- Prepare and execute test cases for system validation.
✅ Client Knowledge & Delivery
- Analyze and understand client requirements & test plans.
- Identify and execute required test cases.
- Escalate issues and collaborate with teams to resolve them.
✅ Technical & Analytical Skills
- Apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
- Write SQL queries and troubleshoot database-related issues.
- Conduct manual testing and identify system defects.
- Stress test the system and report issues.
✅ Communication & Teamwork
- Collaborate with global teams and effectively communicate updates.
- Take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Maintain transparency and integrity in all work-related tasks.
