🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ AR Calling & Denial Management
- Call insurance providers to resolve denials, underpayments, and claim status issues.
- Follow up on unpaid claims and ensure proper resolution.
- Work on claims processing, eligibility verification, and payment posting.
✅ US Healthcare Process
- Handle HMO, PPO, EPO, and POS healthcare plans.
- Process claims using CMS-1500, UB04 forms, and other related documents.
- Understand and navigate payer portals & insurance policies.
✅ Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate notes & reports on patient accounts.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and compliance guidelines.
✅ Preferred Candidate Profile
✔ Minimum 12 Months of AR Calling & Denial Management Experience
✔ Knowledge of US Healthcare Plans & Forms (HMO, PPO, EPO, POS, CMS-1500, UB04, etc.)
✔ Strong Communication & Analytical Skills
✔ Experience in Voice Process (Healthcare Domain Preferred)
✔ Ability to Work in US Shifts & Meet Targets
