Job Description
The Virtual Relationship Manager will engage with both new and existing customers to assist them with banking needs, provide product guidance, and promote various financial offerings of the bank. The role includes creating a seamless customer experience, meeting product penetration objectives such as ME activation and DC EMI contribution, and leveraging opportunities across Retail Assets, Payments, Liabilities, and TPP products. Responsibilities also include educating customers on bank products, ensuring regulatory compliance, minimizing financial and reputational risks, and incorporating feedback shared by supervisors to improve call quality.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates should have strong sales and influencing abilities, good customer-handling skills, convincing ability, and strong communication in English. Knowledge of banking products and processes is an advantage, though freshers are also encouraged to apply.
