Job Description
This role involves managing and resolving customer queries across international voice and chat processes. The responsibilities include handling escalations, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs. The position focuses on transforming customer service into a value-driven function that supports overall business growth. The job also requires understanding customer issues, following established guidelines, and executing tasks with accuracy. Interactions will primarily be with the internal team and supervisors, and instructions for tasks will range from moderate to detailed depending on the assignment. The role may require working in rotational shifts.
