Role & Responsibilities:
- Meet assigned customers including doctors, chemists, and stockists as per company strategy
- Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Improve territory profitability and maintain brand market share
- Build strong customer relationships through engagement initiatives
- Ensure proper product distribution and manage expenses such as breakage and expiry
- Provide market intelligence on competitor activities and promotional impact
- Plan territory distribution strategy and achieve business objectives
- Develop stockist/distributor orders, ensure supply of goods, and collect payments on time
Educational Eligibility
- Non-Science Graduates: Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
- D.Pharm: Minimum 1 year of experience
- B.Pharm / B.Sc: Preferred
- Minimum 2 years of total field sales experience required
