Key Responsibilities
Engineering
- Maintain utilities, HVAC systems, and process equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Support instrumentation and QMS activities.
- Ensure compliance with 21 CFR and cGMP requirements.
Injectable Manufacturing & Packing
- Perform manufacturing and packing operations for injectable products.
- Follow Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and SOPs.
- Ensure cGMP compliance during production.
- Maintain production documentation.
Quality Control
- Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Operate analytical instruments.
- Maintain laboratory documentation.
- Support method validation and regulatory compliance.
Microbiology
- Perform microbiological testing.
- Conduct environmental monitoring and water testing.
- Maintain microbiology laboratory records.
- Ensure GMP and GLP compliance.
OSD Manufacturing & Packing / QMS
- Carry out manufacturing and packing activities for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products.
- Support Quality Management System (QMS) activities.
- Follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain production and quality documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of cGMP guidelines.
- Experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety and documentation practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in regulated manufacturing environments.
- Functional experience in USFDA, MHRA, EU-GMP, or other regulatory-approved facilities is preferred.

- Relevant functional experience in a regulatory-approved pharmaceutical facility.
- Candidates who attended an Intas interview within the last six months are not eligible to apply.
