Key Responsibilities
Production
- Operate API production equipment.
- Perform charging and manufacturing activities.
- Follow Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and SOPs.
- Maintain production documentation.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
Production (Documentation)
- Prepare and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Prepare process validation protocols and reports.
- Handle cleaning validation documentation.
- Perform MACO calculations.
- Prepare investigation reports and regulatory documentation.
Engineering & Maintenance
Fitter
- Perform routine, preventive, and production maintenance activities.
- Maintain production equipment and utilities.
Electrician
- Carry out electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure uninterrupted utility operations.
Mechanical
- Maintain reactors, AHUs, and plant equipment.
- Execute preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain engineering documentation.
Safety
- Monitor shift safety activities.
- Ensure compliance with EHS policies.
- Maintain safety records and documentation.
- Promote workplace safety initiatives.
ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant)
- Operate and monitor ETP systems.
- Maintain ETP documentation.
- Ensure environmental compliance and wastewater treatment operations.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of API manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of cGMP and pharmaceutical documentation.
- Equipment handling and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of validation and quality systems (Documentation role).
- Mechanical, electrical, or utility maintenance experience (Engineering roles).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong safety awareness and documentation practices.
