Job Summary
Exemed Pharmaceuticals is looking for experienced professionals with expertise in OSD manufacturing, quality systems, analytical development, engineering, and maintenance. Candidates with hands-on experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory operations are encouraged to attend the walk-in interview.
Key Responsibilities
Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
- Perform method development and method validation.
- Operate analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, Dissolution, and UV Spectrophotometer.
- Conduct analytical testing and maintain laboratory documentation.
Quality Control (QC – OSD)
- Perform analysis of Raw Materials, Finished Products, and Stability Samples.
- Handle HPLC, GC, Dissolution, UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Karl Fischer (KF), and Auto Titrator.
- Investigate OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) results.
- Perform method validation and routine laboratory analysis.
Quality Assurance (QA – OSD)
- Perform IPQA activities during manufacturing and packing.
- Conduct equipment and line clearance.
- Perform in-process checks and sampling.
- Review Master and Executed BMR/BPR.
- Handle APQR data entry, audit trail review, and cGMP monitoring.
- Review and approve artwork.
- Support validation, qualification, and customer query handling.
Production (Tablet Manufacturing)
- Handle dispensing, granulation, compression, and coating operations.
- Maintain production documentation and QMS records.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP guidelines.
Packing (OSD)
- Operate Blister Packing and Alu-Alu Packing machines.
- Maintain BPR documentation.
- Ensure SOP compliance and manpower management.
Engineering & Maintenance
- Perform maintenance activities for manufacturing and packing equipment.
- Maintain utility systems and plant equipment.
- Support QMS activities and ensure equipment reliability.
