Job Summary
Ajanta Pharma is looking for experienced professionals with exposure to regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing. Selected candidates will work across production, quality, maintenance, warehouse, and IT functions while ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot plant equipment and utilities.
- Maintain equipment documentation and spare parts inventory.
- Support regulatory audits and inspections.
Quality Control
- Perform analysis of solid oral dosage formulations.
- Handle instrument operation including HPLC and Dissolution.
- Conduct analytical method validation.
- Perform PMQC activities and OOS/OOT investigations.
Quality Assurance
- Handle validation and qualification activities.
- Perform IPQA and investigation activities.
- Ensure compliance with USFDA quality systems.
- Support engineering and QA coordination.
Manufacturing (Packing)
- Perform capsule and tablet manufacturing activities.
- Operate compression, coating, granulation, packing, sachet filling, blister packing, and cartonator equipment.
- Maintain production documentation and SOP compliance.
Stores (Warehouse)
- Handle raw material and packing material inventory.
- Manage finished goods storage and warehouse documentation.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and GMP compliance.
Information Technology
- Provide PC/SCADA support.
- Maintain CSV documentation.
- Support database backup, server management, cybersecurity, network management, and QMS activities.
