Role & Responsibilities
Analyst
- Collect samples for analysis from the custodian.
- Process samples using various sample extraction techniques to determine analyte concentration.
- Perform analysis using LCMS.
- Follow GXP requirements.
BQM
- Review compiled data, including MV, MD, study data, system and analytical laboratory equipment calibration.
- Review equipment logbooks and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Verify analyst/GL data according to respective SOPs, study plans, and method validation protocols.
- Provide observation reports to the respective GL for correction.
Custodian
- Ensure proper handling, storage, documentation, and disposal of biological samples, chemicals, and laboratory materials.
- Maintain compliance with GLP, GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
