Job Summary
Accent Microcell Limited is looking for skilled professionals to support manufacturing, quality, maintenance, HR, stores, and packing operations at its Dahej facility. Fresh ITI graduates are also invited to apply for apprentice positions in technical trades.
Key Responsibilities
Production
- Supervise manufacturing operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved.
- Maintain GMP compliance and production records.
Quality Control
- Perform chemical analysis and laboratory testing.
- Maintain analytical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
Microbiology
- Conduct microbiological testing and laboratory activities.
- Maintain laboratory records and SOP compliance.
Quality Assurance
- Perform IPQA activities during manufacturing.
- Monitor GMP compliance and documentation.
- Support quality systems and audits.
Maintenance
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Ensure equipment reliability and plant uptime.
HR & Admin
- Handle HR operations and administrative activities.
- Support recruitment, employee documentation, and compliance.
Engineering Stores
- Manage inventory, material receipt, and issue.
- Maintain store records and stock control.
Apprentice
- Assist technical maintenance activities under supervision.
