About the Opportunity
AGS Health is conducting a walk-in interview for fresh graduates who are looking to start their careers in an international voice process. Eligible candidates from various graduate streams are encouraged to attend the interview at the scheduled venue and timing.
Position Details
The role offered is Trainee Process Associate – AR Caller under the International Voice Process. The opportunity is open to fresh graduates from BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics), MBA and MCA who passed out between 2020 and 2025. Engineering and diploma candidates are not eligible for this role. The job type is full-time and permanent, with locations based in Chennai – OMR (Kandanchavadi and Ambattur).
Interview Process
Candidates will undergo multiple stages of assessment including an HR interview, an online grammar and aptitude test, a Versant language test and finally an operational or technical interview. The shift timings are US-based night shifts from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM or 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, and candidates should be flexible for both shifts. Two-way transportation is available depending on boundary limits.
Job Requirements
Applicants should have strong verbal and written communication skills, sound analytical abilities and logical thinking. Candidates must also be comfortable working night shifts and have a willingness to learn and adapt to process requirements.
Walk-In Interview Details
The walk-in drive will be held from 11th December to 18th December 2025.
The interview timings are from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
