Eligibility Information
Candidates must be able to speak, read and understand both Hindi and English languages. Any graduate, except law graduates, is eligible to apply for Customer Service and Content Moderation roles. Freshers and applicants with up to two years of experience are welcome. This is a work-from-office role based in Hyderabad, and candidates must be flexible with shift timings.
Job Description
Roles include Content Moderation, Chat Support and Voice Support.
For Content Moderation, candidates will review content, maintain quality standards, identify trends, provide timely resolutions and ensure compliance with process guidelines. As part of this function, candidates may be required to work in 24/7 rotational shifts and handle sensitive or graphic content.
Chat Support responsibilities involve handling multiple chats, responding to customer queries promptly, troubleshooting issues, replicating bugs, supporting technical queries related to domains and hosting and maintaining deep process knowledge. Only graduates are eligible for chat support roles.
Voice Support responsibilities include responding to customer concerns, assisting with data-related recovery issues, reproducing customer problems, escalating product concerns and ensuring excellent service delivery. Across all functions, strong analytical abilities, communication skills and adherence to policies are essential.

The walk-in time is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

Documents Required
Candidates must carry two passport-size photographs, with one photo pasted on the resume. They should also bring two copies of their resume and their original Aadhaar card.
