Below are the Departments
Production- OSD
- Officer/ Assistant Manager: B. Pharm /M. Pharm with 2 – 12 years of experience in Tablet/ Capsule department with experience in Granulation, Compression, Coating, Inspection. Responsible to plan for the manufacturing of batches in coordination with PPMC. To monitor line clearance, cleaning of equipment, instrument, auxiliary items. To carry out qualification activities. To initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation). To handle manpower and allocate daily activities.
- Plant Operator/ Technical Assistant: ITI / Diploma having 3 – 8 years of experience in operating machines like, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting, Visual Inspection. Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
Packing :
- Technical Assistant (Operator) Diploma in Engineering / D.Pharma with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Primary operating Machines for Bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, Blister Line(BQS) and Sachet Packing(Wraptech) . Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment. Monitor equipment performances and breakdown, maintain yield and productivity as per process instruction. Receive, arrange, store and maintain the material movement of Packaging material.
- Officer to Senior Executive: B.Sc. / B.Pharma with 3 to 7 years of experience in handling of Primary Packing activities. Perform packing line clearance, supervise operation for Bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, Blister Line(BQS) and Sachet Packing(Wraptech), cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items, Track and Trace (OPTEL) as well as Visual Inspection. Handling of qualification activities. Initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation). Prepare SOPs and GMP documents. Perform SAP transactions as per requirement and accountable for yield and productivity.
Production – Non OSD (Transdermal)
- Plant Operator / Technical Assistant: ITI / Diploma with 3 – 8 years of experience in production department. Candidates having exposure to machine operation activities for external preparation which includes cream, ointment, lotion, patches, ODF and MDS will be preferred.
- Officer / Executive: B. Pharm /M. Pharm/ B. Sc/ M. Sc with 2 – 6 Years of experience in Production department. Candidates having exposure to shop floor production activity, QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation) for External Preparation which includes Cream, Ointment, Lotion, Patches, ODF, and MDS are preferred.
Quality Assurance (IPQA)
Officer/ Executive: B. Pharm / M.Sc. / M. Pharm with 1 to 7 years of experience of IPQA and manufacturing/packing QMS related activities in Oral Solid Dosage Form.
(Tablets/Capsules/Soft Gelatin Capsules/Pellet Dosage form) Manufacturing facilities)
Officer/ Executive: B. Pharm / M.Sc. / M. Pharm with 3 to 7 years of experience of QA Validation (In process & Qualification).
Dosage Expertise : (Tablets/Capsules/Soft Gelatin Capsules/Pellet Dosage form)
