Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Upload course content and create courses on LMS (Learning Management System).
- Organize and facilitate virtual or physical classroom sessions.
- Provide support for technical issues during sessions.
- Distribute participant information and resolve participant queries.
- Maintain attendance, enrollment lists, and capture feedback.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders effectively.
Skill Expectations:
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel.
- 1–2 years of experience in learning facilitation and event/session coordination.
- Exposure to international clients and stakeholder management.
Behavioral Expectations:
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
- Handle queries and client calls if required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 1–4 years in HRO LDS or learning facilitation roles.
- Shifts: Flexible for UK shifts (5 PM–3 AM) and other night shifts.
- Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO).
Required Documents
- Updated resume (printout).
- Any two photo ID proofs (e.g., PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport).
- Original education documents (10th, 12th, and graduation certificates).
- Mobile charger and ear/headphones for in-person assessments.
