1. Scientist – Cell Banking

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Research Cell Banks (RCB), Master Cell Banks (MCB) and Working Cell Banks (WCB) of yeast and E. coli
• Perform clone recovery, registration, characterization and storage activities
• Prepare and maintain cell bank documentation and traceability records
• Conduct cell viability, purity, identity and stability assessments
• Manage cryopreservation and recovery of microbial cell cultures
• Support technology transfer and regulatory documentation activities
• Maintain freezer and liquid nitrogen inventory records

Required Skills

• Cryopreservation techniques
• Cell bank establishment
• GMP documentation
• Microbial culture handling
• Regulatory documentation
• Experience with Pichia and/or E. coli expression systems preferred

2. Scientist – Fermentation Development

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize fermentation processes for recombinant proteins expressed in Pichia and E. coli
• Operate laboratory and pilot-scale bioreactors
• Monitor and control fermentation parameters including pH, DO, temperature, agitation and feed rates
• Scale up fermentation processes from shake flask to bioreactor
• Analyze biomass growth, productivity and process performance
• Prepare fermentation batch records and technical reports
• Support process transfer to manufacturing

Eligibility Criteria

• Relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is mandatory.
• Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge in microbial fermentation, cell banking, and bioprocess development.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments will be an added advantage.

2. Accounts Department

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounting activities in Tally
• Accounts payable and receivable management
• Invoice verification and debit/credit note processing
• GST filing support and TDS entries
• Monthly MIS reporting and expense analysis
• Assisting in budgeting and cost analysis activities
• Strong knowledge of Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas

3. Human Resources (HR)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and sourcing
• Employee onboarding and induction programs
• Attendance management, leave management, and HR operations
• Payroll processing using HRMS software
• Employee engagement and welfare activities
• Compliance documentation and HR record maintenance
• Handling HR MIS reports and statutory compliance
