Required Experience & Job Responsibilities
Candidates should have hands-on experience in:
- Analysis of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), In-process, Finished Products and Stability Samples
- Operation of HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR and other analytical instruments
- Preparation and standardization of reagents and volumetric solutions
- Review and documentation of analytical data as per GMP/GLP requirements
- Handling OOS, OOT, Deviations and CAPA activities
- Environmental Monitoring and Water Analysis
- Method Validation and Method Verification
- Stability Studies
- Calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments
- Data Integrity compliance activities
- Regulatory compliance as per USFDA, EU GMP and WHO GMP guidelines
- Coordination with QA and Production departments for quality-related activities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with Injectable Manufacturing Experience will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP and laboratory documentation practices.
- Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments.
