Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. HCP management: Through scientific support for CMEs, conduct of Clinical research (Post-approval observational studies), support for medical information queries, literature review for scientific updates, capture KoL insights with conduct of Knowledge, Attitude, and Perception survey.
2. Non-interventional studies: Develop study documents for site initiation, monitor and closeout of Phase IV Post-approval observational studies.
3. Communication material: Development and review of promotional literature, activities, scientific support for key brands and new product launches including product monograph, training manuals, FAQs, LBLs and Publications.
4. Training: Provide training for New Induction executives & Conduct Product updates during CBM, Questionnaires, Direct mailers for In Clinic effectiveness
5. Regulatory support: Preparation or update of prescribing information, rationale for New product proposal or evaluation
6. Corporate Academic Initiative: Scientific support for the conduct of Annual Scientific programs for the Organization.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good understanding of Basic science
- Good Communication
- Confident to provide training
- Openness to understand dynamics of industry scenario, continuous learning, field work as and when required and travel
- Continuous reading related to discipline
- Soft skills for development or dissemination of presentations.
- Openness to travel for official purpose (For the same admin support shall be provided by organization)
