Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

  • Minimum 10+2 OR 3 years Diploma

  • Graduation is not mandatory

• Good verbal communication skills in English & Hindi

• Typing speed: 35 WPM with 90% accuracy

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts

• No planned leave for first 3 months after joining

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via voice calls / chat

• Provide accurate and timely resolutions

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

• Follow process guidelines and quality standards
