Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification:

  • BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics / Chemistry / CS / Maths)

  • MCA, MBA

• Passed-out Years: 2020 – 2025

•  Diploma / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech are not eligible

• Good verbal & written English communication skills

• Willing to work in night shifts

Roles & Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) via calls and analysis

• Resolve denials, rejections, appeals, and billing issues

• Update call outcomes accurately in billing systems

• Meet SLAs for productivity & quality

• Identify trends in denials and report to management

• Adhere to process policies & procedures
