About the Role – Customer Support Executive
As a Customer Support Executive (Voice/Blended Process), you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone and support channels. You will resolve queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer issues with patience, empathy, and accuracy
Provide product and service information clearly
Document all interactions in the internal CRM tools
Work efficiently in a rotational shift environment
Maintain high service quality and meet process standards
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication in English
Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle challenging situations
Ready to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Graduates and Diploma holders can also apply
Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience welcome
Immediate joiners preferred
Work-from-office only (Noida)
Salary & Benefits
