About the Role – Customer Support Associate
As a Customer Support Associate, you will handle customer queries through voice and chat channels as part of Accenture’s international Tier-2 support team. You will ensure 100% customer satisfaction by resolving issues accurately and following all support protocols.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any Graduate OR HSC (12th) with minimum 1 year experience
Experience: 1 – 4 years (International voice experience preferred)
Work Location: Vikhroli – MDC2, Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shifts: Night Shifts (24×7 rotational with week-offs)
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and chat queries professionally
Provide Tier 2 support and ensure 100% issue resolution
Guide customers through self-service portals and troubleshooting steps
Maintain accuracy in documentation and follow all process guidelines
Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and service quality
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (oral + written)
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekends
Prior experience in international BPO voice/chat support is an advantage
