Job Role: International Voice Process – Customer Support
🔹 Responsibilities:
✔ Handle inbound calls from international customers.
✔ Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
✔ Understand customer concerns and offer effective solutions.
✔ Record customer interactions and transaction details in the system.
✔ Follow international voice process guidelines to ensure service consistency.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
✔ Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers & experienced candidates welcome).
✔ Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong problem-solving ability & customer service orientation.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
✔ Work Mode: Work from Office (Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad).
✔ Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Week-offs).
