Key Responsibilities
✔ Customer Onboarding & Monitoring: Conduct KYC checks for individuals and corporate clients.
✔ Risk Assessment: Categorize customers into low, medium, or high risk.
✔ Documentation & Verification: Review customer legal documents, IDs, and proof of address.
✔ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to AML/KYC regulations (FATF, OFAC, GDPR).
✔ Reporting & Escalation: Prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) when necessary.
✔ Collaboration: Work with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to address issues.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields (B.Com & BBA preferred).
✔ Experience: 1–5 years in KYC, AML, or compliance roles.
✔ Skills Required:
- Knowledge of AML regulations & financial crime frameworks.
- Analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail & compliance awareness.
- Proficiency in KYC tools & database systems.
✔ Preferred: CAMS certification, experience in Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and knowledge of UK/global AML/KYC regulations.
