Job Role: International Voice Process Executive
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide inbound customer support for international clients.
✔ Resolve customer queries & requests professionally.
✔ Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations.
✔ Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
✔ Analyze customer feedback & suggest service improvements.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Education: No degree required (Graduation not mandatory).
✔ Experience: Minimum 6 months in an International Voice Process (Mandatory).
✔ Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle customer escalations & provide solutions.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
