✔ Inbound Customer Support: Resolve international customer queries via calls.

✔ Billing Queries: Handle customer issues related to billing and services.
✔ Process Compliance: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
✔ Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

✔ Excellent Communication Skills (English – Verbal & Written)
✔ Previous Experience in International Voice Process (US/UK) – Minimum 6 months
✔ Ability to Work in Rotational & Night Shifts
