✅ Sales & Business Development:
- Selling and cross-selling banking products like Current Account, CASA, Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), and Demat accounts.
- Identifying and acquiring new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
✅ Portfolio & Relationship Management:
- Managing a portfolio of clients, including High Net Worth Individuals (HNI).
- Providing financial advisory and banking solutions to customers.
- Ensuring a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
✅ Banking Operations & Compliance:
- Handling branch operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth business operations.
📌 Candidate Requirements
✔ Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Retail Branch Banking Sales or NBFC.
✔ Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
