Must-Have:
- Service Cloud
- Sales Cloud
- Apex Coding
- Visualforce
- JavaScript
Good-to-Have:
- Integration , Data Loader, Informatica Tool, Jquery
- Service Cloud – Omni Channel, Skill Based Routing, Case Management, Approval Processes, Web 2 Case, Chatbot (Einstein), Customer Experience Cloud
- Sales Cloud – Proficient with LWC, Sales Approval Processes, Opportunity Management, Console Customization (U/I), Lightning Flows
Role & responsibilities

- Must possess 2 years of experience in Service cloud/Sales Cloud.
- Development and Deployment of custom apps,reports, dashboards, workflows etc within SFDC
- Strong programming skills.
- Exposure to Standard/Custom object creation validation rules etc.
- Must have End to end exposure of developing apps, deploying apps, issues and limitations with the SFDC platform, salesforce governor limits
- Minimum 3years of experience
