Job description:
Specific Job Responsibilities:
Provide first-class customer service through phone
Utilize provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues and walk-through
Ensure proper documentation is entered in the client tool pertaining to customer problems, requests, and actions done
Meet pre-determined targets
Represent the client in a professional manner
Adhere to clients defined processes & procedures and company policies
Ensure highest quality is maintained to meet and/or exceed client specifications
Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability, and quality requirements
Preferred Skills/Education:
Excellent communication skills Hindi (Mandatory) with English being the primary language.
Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Postgraduate can apply
Prior customer service experience is preferred (6 months to 3 Years)
Freshers also can apply
Immediate joiners will be given high priority
Candidates with Urdu slang are not preferred
Initial days accommodation is available for the outstation candidates
Shift timing– Complete Day Shifts and five days of work
