Key Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Organic Chemistry and reaction mechanisms.

- Hands-on experience in multi-step organic synthesis.
- Experience with purification techniques including:
- Crystallization
- Column Chromatography
- Flash Chromatography
- Ability to interpret analytical data such as:
- Mass Spectroscopy (MS)
- Infrared Spectroscopy (IR)
- Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR)
Job Responsibilities
- Execute organic synthesis reactions and process development activities.
- Perform multi-step synthesis of target molecules.
- Monitor reactions and maintain laboratory records.
- Conduct purification and isolation of compounds.
- Analyze reaction outcomes using analytical instruments and spectral data.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
- Follow laboratory safety and quality procedures.
