Required Experience
Candidates should have:
- Relevant experience in Fermentation Production operations.
- Experience in upstream fermentation processes.
- Knowledge of large-scale fermentation equipment handling.
- Exposure to API manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical production practices.
- Experience in process monitoring and batch execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor fermentation production processes.
- Handle upstream fermentation activities.
- Manage large-scale fermentation equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety requirements.
- Maintain batch records and production documentation.
- Coordinate with quality and engineering teams for smooth operations.
- Support scale-up and commercial manufacturing activities.
