Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analytical Development Lab Officer / Sr. Officer to join our team at Raks Pharma Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our Analytical Development Lab, you will play a crucial role in supporting our API manufacturing operations.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience : 2 to 4 years of experience in analytical development within a pharmaceutical or API manufacturing environment (experience level may vary depending on the position’s seniority).

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of analytical tests and experiments to support the development and optimization of API manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and interpret data, prepare reports, and communicate results to cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and troubleshoot analytical equipment.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC GC, IR, UV, KF, Auto titrator, SOR, Wet Lab analysis, LCMS, GC-MS, ICP-MS, LC. MS, XRD. and other relevant methods.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in Method Validation for the API drug substance. Perform analytical method development and validation.
- Knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and ICH guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
