Job Responsibility:
– Capable to lead and guide a team of 6-8 analytical scientist to achieve results against strict quality, quantity, with data integrity and time parameters.
-Knowledge of high end instrumentation and its operation in the field of Nutraceutical, Dietary Supplements and Wellness as well as Pharmaceuticals.
-Work closely on method development, method validation, method transfer, Stability studies of R&D Trials. Expertise in method transfer and GLP.
-Trouble shooting in instruments like HPLC/ICP and problem solving capacity. Support closely QC dept. of all methods.
-Effective communicator and work in close co-ordination with cross- functional team (QC, QA, RA departments).
