1. Senior Product Managers
Age: 35 to 37 years
Qualification: B. Pharm with Post graduation in Management
Experience: Min 2 years field experience & 5 years Marketing experience and 2 year as PM
Therapy experience: Neurology and anti-infective preferable
Job Description :
- Developing brand plan for the entire year including targeting & budgeting
- Plan & effectively implement the launch of new products, activities & events
- Defining new ideas and features, analyzing data, and constantly looking for new ways to improve the product
- Handling the product through its entire life cycle, from conception, taking product decisions at each insertion & deliver on the business strategy
- Design and plan different promotional material and brand campaigns & evaluate the campaign response rates
- Have been conducting Sales Force Product Training programs
- Responsible for brand management in Neurology/ anti-infective
2. Product Managers
Age: Below 35 years
Qualification: B. Pharm with or without Post graduation in Management
Experience: Min 2 years field experience and 2 years Marketing experience
Therapy experience: Neurology / HIV / Ortho / anti-infective preferable
Job Description:
Product Manager with experience in Neurology/HIV/Ortho/ anti-infective therapies
- Proficient in the scientific content development related to the product & played the role of speaker in CMEs
- Handling the product through its entire life cycle, from conception, taking product decisions at each insertion & deliver on the business strategy
- Design and plan different promotional material and brand campaigns & evaluate the campaign response rates
- Execute aggressive plans by working closely in association with various departments like sales, research and development, & medical affairs to market the new products
- Planning and managing CRM/CME activities
