Job description:
> Conduct research and development activities to optimize API synthesis processes, aiming for improved efficiency, yield, and quality.
> Design and execute experiments to develop new synthetic routes for APIs, utilizing principles of organic chemistry and process engineering.
> Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process chemists, analytical chemists, and engineers, to develop and scale-up API manufacturing processes.
> Perform process characterization and optimization studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
> Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during API process development and scale-up.
> Generate and maintain accurate documentation of experimental protocols, results, and process parameters for future reference and regulatory submissions.
> Stay updated with the latest advancements in API process development and contribute to the continuous improvement of R&D practices.
> Collaborate with external partners, such as contract research organizations (CROs) or academic institutions, as needed for research projects.
> Assist in technology transfer activities from R&D to manufacturing, providing necessary support and guidance to ensure successful implementation of developed processes.
