Job description:

• Candidates required for Asst. Manager or Dy. Manager or Manager Level with experience in handling of Qualification/Validation of the Process Equipment and Utility Systems in Pharmaceutical (Formulation) Industry. Salary no bar for appropriate candidates.

Job Requirements are given below:

1. Preparation of URS, IQ, OQ, PQ Protocols for newly produced Equipment/System
2. Data compilation and preparation of URS, FS, IQ, OQ, PQ
3. Carry our re-qualification of the existing equipment/utility systems.
4. Review of Functional design specification and FAT/SAT.
5. Thorough knowledge of HVAC System and its qualification
6. Thorough knowledge of Purified Water System and its qualification
7. Thorough knowledge of Compressed Air System and its qualification
8. Thorough knowledge of Nitrogen Gas handling and its qualification
9. Thorough knowledge of Pharmaceutical Process Equipment e.g. Granulator, FBP/FBD, Compression machines, Coating Machines, Capsule Filling Machines and Blister Packing Machine.
10. Experience in calibration of all the instruments.
11. Experienced in handling of QMS Documents E.g. Risk Assessment and Change Control Systems. Candidate
