Job Overview:

• Scale up of products from Laboratory to Kilo Lab, Kilo Lab to Pilot Plant, and Pilot Plant to Plant ensuring
• Smooth Scale-Up from Lab to Plant. Equipment Selection, optimization, and technology transfer of batch Processes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Analyzing and selection of equipments and requirements based on the process requirement by detailed process engineering studies

2. Evaluate the safety requirements through HAZOP, PSA studies for the process and detailed risk assessment including process safety management concepts

3. Preparation of PFD, review of P&IDs and GA drawings of the equipments

4. Performing trial and validation batches and ensuring the timely delivery of the product

5. Ensuring the yield and quality trends to meet or exceed the lab trends

6. Participate actively to resolve the failures and deviation during the campaigns

7. Preparation of URS (User requirement specification) of the equipments and selection of utilities for the plant

9. Mapping the new products /commercial products by review of plant and equipment layout

10. Coordinate with project department for timely completion of the project
