Job Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance, preventive and breakdown maintenance, RCA, equipment reliability, utilities, spares and compliance activities.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime with minimal impact on production.
• Lead the maintenance team and manage manpower planning.
• Implement safety practices including LOTO, permits and PPE.
• Handle audits, qualifications, documentation and CAPEX/OPEX budgeting.
• Manage contractors and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, EHS, Projects and Supply Chain teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with MS Office/Excel, AutoCAD and SAP inventory management systems.
