1. OSD Formulation Operator – Apprentice
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor OSD manufacturing processes as per SOPs.
- Maintain process parameters to ensure product quality.
- Perform equipment cleaning and changeover activities.
- Process data and maintain batch documentation.
- Follow GMP, safety and other applicable requirements.
2. API Production Operator – Apprentice
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain exposure to unit operations and the API manufacturing process.
- Perform cleaning and maintain equipment in accordance with cGMP and safety requirements.
- Operate equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers and other equipment used in API production.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with the role.
3. Engineer – Apprentice
Key Responsibilities:
- Support maintenance, troubleshooting and operation of plant equipment and systems.
- Assist with preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth plant operations.
- Follow safety, GMP and quality compliance requirements.
- Gain hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical and instrumentation functions.
4. Analyst – Quality Control – Apprentice
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR and dissolution apparatus.
- Prepare and maintain accurate test results and data analysis.
- Perform calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments.
5. Analyst – Quality Assurance – Apprentice
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process checks during API manufacturing.
- Monitor critical process parameters and deviations.
- Ensure adherence to validated processes.
- Support quality assurance activities in API manufacturing.
