• EPFO Portal Knowledge
• Query Resolution raised by Employee through Help desk & phone.
2) Department: Payroll/FnF
Experience required – 1 to 2 years.
Education qualification: B.com
Job Profile:
Responsible for processing Payroll processing.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Good commination skill (verbal/written)
Working knowledge of Ms. Office – excel & word.
Payroll & PF knowledge
3) Department: EPC -Help desk
Experience required – 0 to 1 years.
Education qualification: B.com
Job Profile:-
To work on helpdesk ticketing system & respond to the queries (service requests) raised by employee.
To ensure all service requests are answered appropriately.
Whenever required forward certain queries to concerned Dept for there feedback/solution & thereafter respond to employee.
Handling of employee call through IVR system.
Ensure proper & polite response to calls.
Maintain the quality of responses to call/service request.
