Job description:
- 2+ years recruiting experience in volume and lateral Hiring.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in medical industry recruiting or Health care
- Effective negotiating skills
- Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs, Good at Ms Applications, Good at Excel
- Familiarity with online job hunting websites Like Naukri, LinkedIn
- Working knowledge of any industry hiring can also apply for the rol
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate with end to end us health care recruitment knowledge will be a added value
- excellent communication skills
- Immediate Joiners are much preferred
Shift Timings : 10 to to 7 Pm ( Felixable)
