Job Description:
- Receive and answer all incoming calls/mails/papers reporting complaints or work requests and get all relevant information (take notes) and forward them appropriately.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Managing Front Office / Reception/ Housekeeping /Security/Courier services/Vendors
- Maintain the helpdesk work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition following all prescribed regulations.
- Responsible for handling internal and external calls and transferring them to the desired extension numbers.
