Job Role: Process Specialist – Commercial Post Closing

Key Responsibilities:
âś” Funding & Booking: Disburse loan proceeds, manage loan workflow, wire transfers, balance accounts
âś” File Imaging & Quality Review: Validate loan documents, identify missing items, maintain compliance
âś” Lien Perfection: Ensure mortgage recording, account assignments, and vehicle title processing
âś” File Servicing: Process loan payoffs, manage collateral releases, maintain loan file retention
âś” Regulatory Compliance: Review documents for adherence to loan guidelines & approval policies
âś” Communication & Coordination: Work with underwriting, credit administration, and regional executives
Eligibility Criteria:
âś” Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
âś” Experience: 2 – 4 Years in Banking Operations, Loan Processing, or Commercial Post Closing
âś” Skills Required: Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
âś” Work Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
