Key Responsibilities:
✔ Funding & Booking: Disburse loan proceeds, manage loan workflow, wire transfers, balance accounts
✔ File Imaging & Quality Review: Validate loan documents, identify missing items, maintain compliance
✔ Lien Perfection: Ensure mortgage recording, account assignments, and vehicle title processing
✔ File Servicing: Process loan payoffs, manage collateral releases, maintain loan file retention
✔ Regulatory Compliance: Review documents for adherence to loan guidelines & approval policies
✔ Communication & Coordination: Work with underwriting, credit administration, and regional executives
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
✔ Experience: 2 – 4 Years in Banking Operations, Loan Processing, or Commercial Post Closing
✔ Skills Required: Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
✔ Work Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
