Job Role: Healthcare Voice Process Executive
🔹 Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Freshers Welcome!)
🔹 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

🔹 Shift: Night Shifts (Flexible)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurers for claim follow-ups
✔ Investigate and resolve denied or underpaid claims
✔ Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions
✔ Conduct pre and post-call analysis, documentation, and task resolution
✔ Update customer interactions daily and achieve performance targets
✔ Follow client process workflows and company policy guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Education: Any Graduate (Excluding B.E./B.Tech/Engineering/MCA/MSc)
✔ Skills Required: Excellent verbal & written communication skills
✔ Other Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Active listening & problem-solving ability
- Good data entry & typing skills
- Ability to multitask and contribute to process improvement
