Job Information:
- Position: Process Executive (Customer Support – Voice Process)
- Job Location: Pune
- Experience: 0 to 4 years
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Shift: 24/7 availability, US shift timings
- Work Mode: 100% Work from Office (WFO), no hybrid option
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills to resolve client issues via calls, chat, or email.
- Analytical problem-solving ability to resolve customer concerns independently.
- Effective time management and proactive approach towards customer service.
- Must complete dedicated training programs set by the client.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any graduate; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
Documents to Carry:
- A printout of your updated resume.
- Any two photo ID proofs (PAN Card, Driving License, Voters ID card, or Passport).
- Original education documents for verification (10th, 12th, Graduation semester-wise marksheets, Provisional Certificate, Original Degree).
