Things to remember while entering the campus:

- Min 1 year experience Underwriting support, general insurance, Credit Control, collections or any domain/field who can ready to work
- Assertive and effective in communications (written & verbal)
- People should not be from technical background
- Graduation in BA or B.Sc
- Analytical ability
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Flexible to work in shifts
For 3A level refer below – Experience-2 to 5 Years
- Good communication skills written and verbal both.
- Good Analytical ability
- Well versed with computer usage and MS office, specially excel.
- Ability to read and comprehend complex documents and reports
- Providing administrative support and managing queries of the onshore team
- Eye for detail to find out irregularities in the reports
- Report back to business functions on any irregularities
- Highlight or escalate areas of concern
Must Have:
- The candidate needs to have very good excel skills
- Knowledge about insurance (US/Lloyds market will be an added advantage)
- 2+ Experience in Insurance Operation Processes
